For an event co-presented by DAC, I was asked to make a mini-documentary on the world's oldest continually operating restaurant. Sobrino de Botín in Madrid has been operational since its founding in 1725. Closing only once in its history for the COVID-19 pandemic, the oven has continued to burn for the last 300 years.
I worked with a Madrid-based freelancer to gather the footage and put together this video honoring the incredible history of a legendary restaurant.
